Secondary Server config offline

Hi

Trying to figure out why Manager cannot see the Secondary server.
SCN is up between the 2 and both server show green in web manager.
With Manager the Secondary shows orange with the 'configuration is loaded offline' message.

I can access the Secondary with manager directly with no problems so why will it not load when accessing primary.

Bit baffled really!

Any help appreciated!

When you open manager do they show as “bothway”

Have the passwords been synchronised ..same on all systems

All seems to be working perfectly except for the Manager bit
