Secondary DC logon 2000 server

Hello,

We have many dc's in our domain. One of them has come back to site. For this
dc to see the network I need to change the ip address, but I am unable to
logon I think due to the fact that it cant see the domain. There is no local
acocunt to logon under as well as it is a dc.

Any ideas of how to logon??
