Can anyone recommend a good article on how to set up a second exchange server within the same domain?
Right now i have two locations all using one exchange server. I am going to put a 2nd server in the other location. Currently there is already a DC there.

It's actually pretty easy, though I can't remember the exact step. If you wait about 3 weeks I'll be doing the same thing and can clarify then :)

Because there can only be one Exchange 2003 organization per forest, it's one of the following 2 scenarios. During setup Exchange will read Active Directory for configuration information. It will either:
[ul]
[li]realize there is an existing organization and join it automatically, or[/li]
[li]it will ask whether you want to create a new organization or join an existing one. If you choose to join an existing one it will get the existing name from AD[/li]
[/ul]

Once the box is configured there are multiple ways to move mailboxes to the new server. You can use Active Directory Users & Computers or Exchange System Manager from the target Exchange server.
