second call hears an announcement?

Hello
I have an ipo 500 with embedded voicemail. The customer wants when he talks to someone, the second call to hear a message that all lines are busy till the first call is finished. I tried the last ca reserved but they didnt like it. Is there any other way?
Also, is it possible to increase the call list of a 5410 device? Right now i can see the last 40 calls. For me is enough but for a customer..nothing is enough

first part, you are better off putting the user in a HG with no voicemail etc, set it to Collective call waiting.
Use Announcements to play the message to waiting calls.

You can do this on a user level but you have to change no answer times, etc, where it is designed for a HG.

Sounds like they want queuing. They'll need some kind of announcement or Music On Hold to tell the caller that all lines are busy, with Embedded on an IP500 they can have a 90 second WAV file that repeats, or just get some kind of external device that plugs in the back of the IP500.

 
If you are on 4+ firmware on the IP Office each user can have announcments.

I used the announcement thing but the problem is that the first caller listens this announcement. I would like the first caller to hear the normal ringing sound but a second caller would hear the announcement directly. it is written in the help file that For IP Office 4.0+, hunt group announcements are separate from queuing. Announcements can be used even if queuing is turned off and are applied to ringing and queued calls. HOw can i use the announcement only for queued calls?
I m sure downgrade is not the only solution.
