Second Call Alerting Issue

Hi,

I have a new installatin of IPO version 7. With default settings, the 1608i phones have 3 call appearances. The second call to a phone keeps ringing non-stop, which is quite annoying when the user is a lawyer who is talking to a client. I am not sure if this a new feature or misconfiguation. In older versions, there is only one alert ring and the second appearacne button flashes red. How can I stop this alert ringing from the IPO system? I tried programming only one appearance button, but this disables the user to transfer calls.

Pretty basic stuff, User > Telephony > Multi-line Options ....Attention ring, or Reserve Last CA and two appearence keys
