Searching the exchange store

We are currently in a legeal process that requires us to collect data from our Exchange server.

I have 8 key words that our lawyers want us to search on, and if any of the words exsist anywhere in the e-mail they would like a copy to review it.

I know that I can search each mailbox one by one, but I am wondering if there is a better way. I know that ExMerge does subject and attachments but I don't believe it does body of the message.

Any help would be great.

Without third party tools, you're quite limited.

You could use exmerge to try and export copies of the messages, but even that's painfull.

Sherpa Software has some stuff that will do it. Other archiving solutions like Enterprise Vault can do legal discoveries as well.
