Greetings, this is my first post...
My company stores e-mail correspondence from clients and vendors in public folders in the Store. When attempting to search for an email using the “Advanced Find” window, the find is only enabled in the root of the directory highlighted and I am unable to search the subfolders where the messages are stored. The “Search Subfolders” check box at the bottom of the Browse window is grayed out and cannot be enabled. How would I enable this function to allow a search of the subfolders? I have admin permissions to the domain controller/exchange box and have been searching for days for this setting.
The image in this link is the result of attempting to highlight the 02 folder when the 0252 parent is selected for search. Thanks for any assistance with this problem.
