Searching E-mail Boxes

Question: Is there a way to search all the mailboxes?

I am running Server v5.5 Enterprise. on and NT 4.0 Server.

The president of the company suspects that some confidential information was sent around the company, but we are not sure who all might have received it. I need to serach and distroy all copies of this e-mail.

Look at the Exmerge utility too. How many Mailboxes are we talking 10,100,100000?
