You can't download it and you won't be able to get it from Business Objects as it's no longer supported :-( Even with the Installation CD, you'll still need Maintenance releases and, possibly, a laundry list of patches.
It might be a good idea to call Business Objects and ask them about pricing for CE10 (the most 'Info-like' version of CE).

Someone might have an old copy, or check the old warez sites (careful of virii).
I just tossed mine a year ago.
That's akin to asking for Windows 3.0, not many people are going to have that anymore, and for good reason.
