After shutting down our Seagate Info sentinel, agent and aps and then restarting them we have found that when we go into Info Desktop that some new reports or new instances of exisiting reports that have been run are gone. Has anyone experienced this problem? We don't normally shut down our server with the APS on it only for updates periodically. Is there additional maintenance we should be runing? The server is runing W2K Server with SP4, Seagate Info with SP4.
