Any one run across this problem with the Seagate 36GB 10k rpm Cheetah ?

i had one bad said SMART error, and i got it replaced under warranty, the replace unit kept crashing, only want to run at 40MB/s, will not like 160MB/s at all

once it crashed completely, i had to use data recovery to get some data back, i re-install it, and again everytime it crashes, i am at outlook checking for mail

i know so sure i don't have virus cuz i have trend's server protect and officescan corp edition running and i also have a ghosted image running on a IBM 75GXP, doesn't have a problem there

any one got any idea ?
