SCSI errors again

has anyone seen any erros like these?

Only getting these on a few jobs and only intermittently

check for updates, updates to ARCserve and tape drive firmware.

Other possiblity is that it is only happening to specific tapes, and so a tape problem, maybe due to previous use perhaps with a different app or OS.
