Scrolling Layers In Netscape

Hello,
I am currently trying to make a page that has a large amount of text in it.I would like the text to be in a scroll box for easier usage. I converted the layer into a scrolling box for the over flow. Now here is the part that I need to figure out. When I checked it in IE it worked perfect but when I checked it in Netscape it removed the text from the layer. If anyone can help I would be greatly apreciative.

to save your sanity ditch the idea of getting something like that to work in both browsers.

if u realy want it on both do 2 pages, one for each and have a bit od javascript thet tells the server what brtowser they r using adn which one to display.
