Scroll Bars & Edit Regions (Easy Question) 1

All,
I'm sure this must be something stupid I'm overlooking, so please lend a hand.
I have several edit regions on a Pageframe. When I am not in Edit mode, my edit regions are disabled. The problem this raises is that my edit regions often have text that extends beyond the box size, and when disabled, the scroll bars used to view down in the text are not available. Is there some propery I'm missing? How can I activate the scroll bars, yet leave the edit region "Uneditable"?

EditBox.ReadOnly = .T. should do the trick.
