Script to control auditing entries of folders and files

Is there any way to control with a script the configuration of auditing of the files and folders?Is there any property which indicates the entries of any auditing configuration of a file?
We would like to know the entries (users/groups) and the configuration of each entry ( read, delete, write, create, ...)
