Screening Calls

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to screen calls that have covered to voicemail, and have the ability to pick up on the call as the caller is leaving a message? I've seen key systems that have this feature, and I'm hoping the Definity has this ability.

On that note, I'm running a Definity G3 R11 with Intuity Audix.

I've never had reason to try this, but try setting "SBA held at principal" to yes in the system parameters coverage form. In MV 1.3 they have also added a feature which allows you to use your Audix mailbox to record conversations. haven't had time to check that one out either.
