Screen Pops on MICS or BCM

Has anyone every done screen pops on an MICS or BCM? My customer needs to have company info pop up on a computer at each station when the call is transferred to them. If anyone has dealt with this I need to know what equipment and software is needed?

on the mics you'll require CTAs or CTA and Licenses

on bcm you'll need LAN CTE

ive worked on rsi software products
NT website has a listing of products approved
