Screen Pop PM Pro with MS Access 1

Does anyone have any notes on how to do a simple screen pop to Microsoft Access using the 'External Program' function within Phone Manager pro?

I am trying to basically pop a contact record within Access.

You can access with a "/cmd" paramater, which will allow VBA to relate to what's after it as command line paramaters. Here's some text describing how to do it:

Apparently, RSI has a product called Visual Rapport which allows you to do screen pops from Access, Outlook, custom applications and more.

I have not tried it since I have always used their Nortel stuff but I would take a look at it on IP Office.
