Screen is insanely bright, halp

We use NCR 7754s running Aloha and the default screen brightness is high enough to scorch retinas, particularly at night. I can't find an obvious menu to change this. Any help?

On the terminal go to: Control Panel -> Radiant Hardware Settings (Or NCR Hardware Settings depending on your version)
Brightness is under the General tab.

New displays are much much brighter than the old ones. Most of my 1532's are running at 50%
