Screen Display Resolution 1

I recently changed the display resolution on my Toshiba Laptop (which is about 4 years old) to 800 by 600 pixels.<br><br>Then something strange happened. The screen became blury and I cannot use it in this condition. How can I rectify this problem. I have some important software on the laptop. Please help!!!
 
if it is using Win98 or Win95, during bootup where it says <br>Starting Win9x...<br>Press F5 immediatly to boot up into safe mode , from there you can set your screen res back to old, then Reboot.<br><br>(also you can press F8 at bootup, to get a menu of choice to boot up on) <p>Karl<br><a href=mailto:kb244@kb244.8m.com>kb244@kb244.8m.com</a><br><a href= </a><br>Experienced in : C++(both VC++ and Borland),VB1(dos) thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, HTML, Visual InterDev 6(ASP(WebProgramming/Vbscript)<br>
 
Thank you for your help Karl, I managed to reset the screen resolution.
