Screeching w/ remote access Legend

When attempting to be transferred into a Legend sys to do programming, modem data (screeching) can be heard on all extensions and programming cannot be done. The processor has been replaced and had no effect on this problem. We are using
"transfer *10 transfer" to get the programmers into the system. If the system is powered down and restarted, the transfer can be done successfully, but only once--it won't work after that.

There was a qppcn out on that from avaya. It is a Known issue that has been fixed with more current releases. What Release and version of the Legend do you have. I believe it was in resolved in R7.0 V10 or R7.0 V11. The most current release is R7.0 V14.2
