SCN ?

when user A's line is SCn on user b set. (2616)
why is it that when user b press the line (user a on the phone) they can hear the conver
sation.?

Is there a cls change required?

check the (pod) poa class of service in the phone.
SCN if you want that extension don´t ringing.

If the number is also built as a analog set than you will lose privacy.

Privacy can also be over ridden by cls poa, i beleive

check the CLS POD (Privacy Overide Denied). Also if number is also a 500 set you would then need to out the 500 set
