SCN trace

Hi guys,

I´m having trouble setting up a small community.

I can use SCN management but when I dial, I see this errors on Monitor:


94550096mS ERR: SCNDaemon Unreachable net=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port=50795
94550097mS PRN: VPNN: PBX xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Not Responding - error code 1
94550097mS PRN: VPNN: PBX xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Not Responding or Reset AU=0
94552320mS PRN: VPNN: last_activity set for pbx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Does you know what it means ?

it appears like the network between the 2 systems is down. how are they connected? do the trunks show up in SSA

Do they have route to each other as well as a route to the point you manage from or are they one in the same?

SSA shows: No response to IP trunk call request.
and SCN is up.

The odd thing is that I can ping that address and I get an answer.

Could be the port ?

is this over VPN?

Indeed, hopefully not a Sonicwall > Sonicwall VPN

There is a ISP in the middle, not sure how are they routing.

Are the systems on external IP's? If not there must be a tunnel in there or on a private circuit

sounds like one of the following

SonicWall H323 transformations need to be off
Juniper H323 ALG needs to be off
Cisco Inspect/Fixup H323 h225 needs to be off.
