A client that we are applying the SCN between branches, communication between the sites is being made through a redirection of client firewall, pointing the H323 trunk to the public IP and directs it to the firewall for the IP PBX, but I needed to know which port communication uses the PBX?

You need to connect over a dedicated QOS line.
