SCN Hot Desk User Rights Buttons

I am running an IPO 412 and two 500s in an SCN and Button Programming from User Rights groups is not working to or from the 412 site. 500 to 500 are working. For example, when a user that is homed on the 412 logs into one of one of the other sites, no buttons appear, and the same if a user that is homed on one of the 500s logs into the 412 site. If a user from one of the 500 sites logs into the other 500 site, the button programming works.

I am runing 4.0.10 on all boxes.

Any thoughts? Going live tonight!

User rights don't move with the user, just their own personal settings. However, since that includes the name of the user rights they are using, if a set with the same name exist on the remote system - hey presto. Same applies to time profiles associated with the user's user rights.
