Hello,

I finally got both site working talking to each other via SCN. But site 1 now gets all the extension of site 2 in manager. Also site 2 can dial by extension to site 1 and when site 1 dial to site 2 it goes to queuing and then voicemail. All the settings are the same, would anyone know any ideas? Also site 1 ext. are 220 to 227 and site 2 ext. are 230 to 237.

Extensions can only be in one place. Otherwise the IPO doesn't know what to do.
 
Hi,

Something funny is going on with the extension while SCN is turned on on both IPO 406v2. Site 2 is taking up the frist 3 extension of Site 1. Why does it do that?
 
Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem. Strange that the main ip office is fine but the 2 other ones get extension numbers swapped between them.
 
Are you saying manager connected to site2 can see the extensions on site1 ?
 
I have seen this issue, but have as yet not found the resolve, I am currently investagating.

What build of Manager and Firmware are you running ?

I was running 2.1.35 when this was happening then I upgraded to 2.1.44 and still the same problem. After that I upgraded to 3.0.59 and it works, no more swapping of extension.

I did a erase and rebuild my cfg from scratch. It was a major headache.
 
It sounds like you have users with either the same name or extension number across these sites have you checked this?
