I am trying to create a scheduling database in Access 2002. I'm having a really tought time getting it to work right. It's for a scheduling shows for a radio network.. the schedule will include Show Name, Studio, Location, Phone Numbers, Start time, End time, Check in time, Audio sources, audio destinations, etc, etc. I will need to print out daily reports of things that are happening that day (usually just Mon-Sun) however, some shows will only occur on a particualr DATE. Does anyone know of a good template somewhere? Or have a suggestion of how to layout the tables/queries? Please help! Right now, I have these tables:

Show Names
Locations (studio locations)
Show Channels (channel numbers)
Show Data (this table stores everything)
Studios (names of studios)

How should I have it set up? Thanks!

What do you want the report to look like. For example:
A grid with start times across the top and channels vertically with all the info about the particular show in the box at the intersection of the time and channel.

Do they start on the half hour or hour or could they start at any minute of the hour?

Could you give me your email address? I will e-mail you a sample of what I want it to look like. Thanks!

So you want 1 page for each show with all the info in the top right corner?

No, As many shows that will fit on a page and all of the info. like it shows in that PDF doc. That's only one show. Thanks!

I assume each table has a key field. You need to create a table with fields for all the info you want. You could populate it from a form with a bunch of combo or list boxes. Once you have that, you would create a query wtih all the tables linked by key fields to the main table and take the information to a report.
