Hi everybody,

We have an at job set up (via the command line) on a Windows 2000 Pro PC. The job is supposed to launch Excel, and it seems to do so - but only in the bg. The user cannot see Excel running, but when you check the tasks, it is running. Any ideas on how to make it visible? Does the job have to be set up through the Windows scheduler? Any help is much appreciated.

Ben

I have the same problem with the task scheduler in Win2kPro - can only get my virus scans (and calc.exe) running in the background - as processes, not applications.

Having a very dificult time finding any answers at all....I have another post on this forum fruitlessly asking the same question.

Good luck.

Hello,

I might be missing something. But is the at's /interactive switch serving its purpose?

regards - tsuji
