Scheduled Call Forward?

Does anyone know if Definity has any function to schedule the extension to call forward to other number(i.e. cell phone)?

We're using G3Si v.6, and would like to schedule a hotline number to automatic call forward to our engineer after office hour.

I would suggest not using call forwarding but use call coverage instead. Call coverage provides MANy more options, IE: internal callers have different treatment than external callers. Set of time of day coverage and you will easily be able to accomplish your desired result.

Thanks ME. But, I'm not that familiar with how to setup the time of date coverage. Could you tell me something more about the procedures?

you do 'change cov time x', with x being the table you want to change (probably 1 in your case) to get the time of day fields. you have to have coverage paths setup that do what you are wanting first. say from 8a-5p you want it to cover to ext 1000 and then from 5p-8a you want it to go to ext 2000. you would setup 2 cov paths with 1000 in one and 2000 in the other. then in the cov time table you would specify which coverage path to use during what time of day. it's a really cool feature that works great.
