PS - I also need to update my server db from another db every 15 minutes. how can I do this?

Howdy,

In Control Panel, open Scheduled Tasks and double-click Add Scheduled Task.

To update your db you probably want a replication scheme native to whatever server you are running (ie MS SQL, Oracle, etc) and not a process scheduled in Windows. Check the documentation for your db server.
