i dont have any number in 2 its all un used
and when i add any no like 2100 the system give me SCH3636
why

Yoi might need to check in CDB a reference I have below.

CUSTOMER TRYING TO PROGRAMME 7 DIGIT DN GETTING SCH3636.
CHECK CDB (LD 21) ATT- DATA, OPT-IBL
UNABLE TO USE 7 DIGITS UNTIL OPT CHANGED TO XBL TO EXCLUDE ENHANCED BUSY FIELD
ALSO REQUIRED PKG 150( DNXP)

I had taken over a PBX at my last job that didn't have package 150 and they wanted it incorporated into our 5 digit dial plan and ofcourse I couldn't add the package to the 3.0 software and had to upgrade it to 7.5

I agree, Print the DNB you may find a RDB that is using the 2's
