Scan my computer in Win 2000 Pro

I wonder where is the scan function in Win 2000 Pro. In Win 98, it is located in Start>Program>Accessories>System Tools. For Win 2000 Pro, I'm not sure.

You mean Scan disk?
right-click the drive in My Computer, Properties, Tools and select Error Checking.
