SBS 2003 IDR Restore

After discovering what a nightmare it is restoring SBS 2003 without an IDR disk, I have implemented IDR on my system.

What I want to know is; is there a set routine for an IDR restore, including the Exchange and SQL server databases? Are there any snags or pitfalls that I should be aware of and prepared for?
