SBS 2003 Firewall Setup fails

Whenever I run the Configure Email & Internet connection Wizard it fails on the Firewall configuration step saying "An error has occured while configuring a component".

This occurs whether i am trying to enable or disable the firewall

No errors get loged and I cant find any log files.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening or how I can find out what is happening?
