Hello all,

Currently, we have our employees that need to connect remotely set up with remote desktop and a VPN connection. No problems there. However, for my boss and I, we were interested in connecting to the network in a different way.

From out internal website,on our internal network, we have the option to connect with the server remotely from any computer. This is working flawlessly as well, however from a remote location we have not had any success. We can connect to the site, and check our email, but the remote connection feature does not work.

What settings am I missing?

I can clarify the situation further with screenshots and more if needed.

Thanks in advance,

Sam

Sam - If you're asking about Remote Web Workplace - see the end of the thread here:
BTW, if your other users are simply VPN'ing to use RDP, consider using RWW for them as well. RWW supports an "Admin" and a "Users" group, so your normal users basically only see the link for the Workstation Desktops and for OWA.

Overall, its usually a more flexible setup than VPN/RWW.

Thanks for the quick response and the link , I'll try this out and let you know where I get.
