Strange issue ... happening on 3-4 of each of these model CAD servers in our lab.
Trying to load the correct SW on either model ... 6.2 on the 208 or 7.1 on the newer 230 model SBCE.
We have the Putty serial session configured properly - 19200 = 8 - N - 1 W/ Flow Control = OFF ... per Avaya SBCE manual.
We have the correct cabling we use on all our servers and GWs ... USB Adapter.
We have the Avaya OEM USB drive w/ SW inserted ....
We power it on - connect via Putty session - we can see it boot up and come to the correct option menu ....
The device nodes are created properly and the "Chose Image Source" menu options are listed ...
Pressing any option - 1 or 2 does not allow for any action? Doesn't like the keyboard actions?
Tried all different serial config options - nothing works.
I would understand if 1-2 CAD units responded this way as they could be defective .... but we have (7) now that are doing or not doing the same thing ... and (1) was NEW.
Any ideas?
