Am getting ready to install SBC 6.2 as a EMS server on an Avaya R620.

Does anyone have any experience with loading 6.2 on a R620?

Avaya docs say it should be compatible?

Let me know!

Actually loading it on the Avaya R210ii XL EMS server.

Avaya's support website doesn't have the 6.2 base ISO file ... only 6.2X patches.

Our Avaya OEM 6.2 EMS thumb drive won't load ... but our 6.3 thumb drive will load. have to have 6.2 for this client?

Andy tips - ideas?

The install guide seems to imply that the servers are preloaded and there's a USB recovery procedure. Almost like you need to have the specific comcode of a server with software on it already.

"connect keyboard, vga monitor, power on, follow onscreen install instructions" nothing about a CD or USB or anything.
