I am using XP and IE 8. How can I save my IE Favourites in some format with the object of loading the same Favourites onto another PC?

Find the Favorites folder and copy them to the other PC.

\Documents and Settings\(Your User Name)\Favorites

It is not possible for anyone to acknowledge truth when their salary depends on them not doing it.

We do this on our images and have it create a Favorites folder in the users H:\ drive so they have them anywhere they log in.

HKEY CURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Modify "Favorites" string path to whatever you want.

Thanks guys

And in case you want to display your IE favorites in FireFox, check out
On our image we also hide the bookmarks as to "fool" the user into thinking FF actually has favorites, and just so happens to be IE's (which actually launches the IE process in the background every time you open FF).

I save favorites, cookies, and address books to a bu directory at the root of the drive and update the saved files periodically. Handy to get to from another machine and it is part of the stuff I burn as my backup.

In any one machine I have the stuff stored in a sub-directory by the machines name. When backup time comes I load all the bu directories to the same place in the burn so everything I have is located in that one spot but separated by machine name.
