Saving emailadresses when sending an email

Hello!

I am wondering if I could save the email adress from an outgoing message automatically when I send one. I am working with Outlook 98. All the details should be saved in my adress book, and it should update the information as well (example: when someone changes his/her email).

Can this be done?
