Saving DTS Package as MetaData

I have created many packages in DTS and save them as a structured file, VB file and package.

In saving a package, I do not have an option to save a DTS package as MetaData Service. I have started all services in SQL and am working in Enterprise Manager.

Any ideas on why / how to have MetaData Service as an option would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

In SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager, do the following steps:

1. Expand the server node.
2. Right click the "Data Transformation Services" folder and select Properties.
3. Check the checkbox, "Enable Save To Meta Data Services"
