We have ASA R1.12.02 and we need to upgrade to version 4. Is there a way to save the info for our PBXs and then import it into the new version? I suspect that since this is a really new version that we'll have to just recreate the systems manually.

Technically, I don't think we can upgrade. We have to uninstall the old version and do a fresh install of the new version.

The switch data is in a file persist.dat. You will be asked/told to remove the old DSA. The upgrade should keep your old switch data intact. It will get copied to C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\Avaya\Site Administration\User.
