Hi all: I have 2 users that have had this problem recently. They are both on Win XP SP2, Office XP with their My Documents Moved to their U: Drive. This is the Mapped drive to their User folder on the Server. It it set up to be Available Offline.
When they attempt to save an attachment to their My Documents they end up saving in to the Default My Documents not their U: drive. This only happens with attachments.
I have not been able to get to the default My Documents via any other way.

Thanks

Try naming the folder on the U: drive something other than "My Documents".

Interesting thought. The default is that there are no folders named My Documents except the default supplied by XP. I will check out if the User has fiddled with things.
It is supposed to be saving directly to the U: Drive not to a folder inside the U: drive, I will check this too.

Thanks

Sorry! Misunderstood the above to mean the folder was named the same on U: (oops!)
