Saving a file with a built in Macro

Okay, I have created a VBA script which in the end
saves the worksheet.

But if I wanted to embed a VBA script within the worksheet before it is saved, how can I do this ?

Now I'm not exactly proficient with VBA so please keep it simple, oh and please tell me if you need more information from me.

Is it possible to saveas a workbook (or a worksheet), without saving the code and the controls?
