Save Reports to C:\ as .rtf With a Button

Can some one help me with this?

My friend has multiple databases (15 or so), one for each division. Each database has six reports. They want a button to save reports as .rtf to the c:\ drive.

The reports should be named with the convention DivisionNameReportName.rtf.

I really appreciate any help.
