If you have Abode Acrobat on that machine then you can copy the report rename it slightly different. Set the default printer of the report as “Adobe Distiller” and it will create an Adobe file. DougP, MCP
This is for a client that won't go into access other than running a form that creates the report. Is there a way to do this in code so it's done automatically when he hits the button?
I have not done it myself but it has been brought to my attention as a need by my client. Here it is in it's entirety copied from the Acrobat webpage:

To create an accessible Adobe PDF file in a Microsoft Office Application:
Open the document in the Microsoft Office application.
Choose Acrobat > Change Conversion Settings.
Click the Office tab.
Select the options shown below. In particular, make sure Embed Tags in PDF is turned on and Page Labels is turned off.
Click the Bookmarks tab in the dialog box.
From the list, select the styles for which you want to create Adobe PDF bookmarks. Then click OK.
Choose Acrobat > Convert to Adobe PDF on the Microsoft Office application menu bar, or click the Convert to Adobe PDF button on the application toolbar.
Name and save the file.
Congratulations, you've created an Adobe PDF file that retains both document content and structure.
