Hi all,

I am using a URL to open a document. My URL is:

Document opens fine. But I notice that it opens an ActiveX component to display the document, and not the default InfoView frames. So I don't get to allow the user to save the document.

Is there a way to open the document in InfoView default frames ? Else, how can I save the document opened in an ActiveX control ?

TIA,
Sheila

The setting is based on the settings on your WebI server. The default in 2.7 is "optimized for my Browser". For IE, this is using the ActiveX control. You have to set it on the WebI server to HTML. Use a general Supervisor id and save the setting for all users.

Please let me know how to save the change for all users?
