Save message to wav file in Message Manager

I have a voice mail I would like to convert to a .wav file in Message Manager so I can email it to another department, but I can not seem to find out I can save it to my desk top....it is Message Manager 4.6. Any ideas?

From Message Manager: File -> Save -> Voice... -> Save as type: Wave *.wav

Don't think you can on 4.6. You'll have to download 5.0 or 5.1 to be able to right click a message and "save as" .wav.
