Save-as format default problem 1

Problem: whenever I download a *.zip file using Netscape 7.1, it is saves as *.zip.torrent so I have to rename the file to open it. Seems to work fine with explorer, so I assume it is a Netscape issue.

Answer: ??? any quick fixes?

Not familiar with Netscape, but do you have this location?


In Netscape, click Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Helper Applications

Thanks Linney. I checked there earlier but it was not readily apparent that there were 2 different zip/compressed file handlers. Deleted the torrent one and all is good.
