When I dial my company number after the aa account I press anyone extion and it goes to voice message right away


please help

What is the system and software release? What is the call fwd no answer and the call fwd on busy set to?

Check in the Table they are using(ex:table 1), the option "Disable Dn Dialing" is probably checked, uncheck it.
