Nice. Only thing that I think is kind of strange, is the statement
Last time I checked, you can build custom rules in Snort, ISS has a good set of rules, as does Dragon, and many of the IDS's out there, that would do the same thing, to include email the alerts to a particular address.
Don't get me wrong, I'll probably download it and play with it to see how "good" it really is, but I just thought I would throw in my 2¢.
